What we collect and why

Bookings: name, phone number, date, time and party size; optionally your email address. We use them to prepare your table and contact you to confirm, by phone or WhatsApp. Legal basis: performance of a contract at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Anti-abuse: IP address and submission time, to limit abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies: only strictly necessary ones, plus optional ones if you accept. Details in the Cookie policy.

How long we keep data

Reservation data is kept for 12 months from the reservation date so we can answer requests and handle complaints, then deleted. Anti-abuse data is kept for at most 30 days.

Datele rezervărilor sunt păstrate 12 luni de la data rezervării, pentru a putea răspunde la solicitări și a gestiona eventuale reclamații, apoi sunt șterse. Datele de anti-spam sunt păstrate maximum 30 de zile.

Who we share data with

Only our technical processors: hosting of the site and database (Railway) and email notifications (Google Workspace). We never sell or share your data for marketing.
